Think about the people who helped you this year.

Take a moment to recall those moments. Reflect on how their actions impacted you and how your year might have been harder without them.
Consider how you can honor those people. It doesn’t have to be anything big, sometimes a heartfelt “thank you” or a simple note can mean the world. You might even pay their kindness forward by helping someone else in the same way.
